You’re sitting there doing some work, you have a deadline to make!…. Then a thought pops in your head. Some little voice in your head actually has the nerve to say you’re not going to finish….. The internal struggle begins, and in the end, you believe that little voice, and the work doesn’t get done AHHHHHH!!!
Instead of trying to fight that voice or block it out, simply replace that thought with a different thought! When you try to block or fight bad thoughts, you wind up putting more energy and attention into the bad thought. This only gives the thought more energy to grow and manifest! Instead, replace bad thoughts with affirmations. An affirmation is a positive statement repeated to yourself.
Affirmations reinforce positive thinking about a goal, until that goal is manifested. Affirmations are like pep talks to yourself. If you say them everyday over a period of time, you will change your energy and your life. Tell yourself you ARE BEAUTIFUL…Tell yourself you ARE INTELLIGENT…Tell yourself EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE…Tell yourself you ARE LOVED… because YOU ARE!!!
